How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 

Refunds

All Aircell Intake Spacers sold include a 90 Day Money-Back Guarantee. A three (3) day grace period to allow for shipping will be added to the 90 day period. In the event that you are not satisfied with your Aircell within 93 days after date of purchase, a refund, minus all taxes, will be credited to the account from which the buyer's funds were withdrawn. In order to receive the full refund, the original part must be returned to the shipper. Only upon delivery of the aforementioned part to Harrington Enterprises may a refund be awarded. You must notify Harrington Enterprises, at (501) 279-3044, before shipping the product. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by Harrington Enterprises. Failure to comply with these policies will void the guarantee.

In the event that a wrong part has been received by the buyer, an option to exchange the part will be presented. In order to receive another item the original item must be returned to the original store of purchase for an exchange to occur. When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
